You can book a camper in CAMP STORY in several ways:

  • or in person at CAMP STORY’s premises at ul. Mazura 18 in Warsaw

The lessor and each driver must hold a valid category B driver’s licence for a minimum of 3 years and be at least 28 years old.

If you notify us 60 or more days before the scheduled rental start date, you will be charged 5 % of the total booking value.

For subsequent periods, the refund of the reservation fee shall be as follows:

30-59 days — 30 % of the total booking value 

15-29 days —70 % of the total booking value

14 days and less — 90 % of the total booking value

 

If you do not pick the camper up on the scheduled date without prior notice, you will be charged 100 % of the value of the reservation.

Prior to the camper collection, the landlord will receive a detailed training about its operation. The training lasts around an hour and can take place both on the day of departure or up to 7 days before. 

A handover report will be written both on the day of collection and return of the camper.

The collection and return of the camper will take place at CAMP STORY in Warsaw. It is also possible to pick the camper up at the address indicated by a customer for an additional fee calculated on an individual basis.

Each camper has comprehensive car insurance with OC/AC/Assistance.

Yes, it is possible to bring a pet to some of our campers. It must be provided with safe transport, in accordance with the rules. The owner takes full responsibility for any caused damage.

No, smoking is strictly forbidden in the camper. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a PLN 1000 fine.

The camper burns about 10 litres of oil per 100 km.

A number of important issues need to be borne in mind when driving a camper: the height of the camper is 330 cm, the ground clearance of the camper is 15 cm, and the weight of the camper should not exceed 3.5 tones (including the crew and the luggage on board).

The water tank can be refilled at campsites, selected gas stations and other specified places.

Selected premium campers equipped with a water filter provide water up to 20 days. 100 litres water tank in the camper Standard+ should suffice for about 2 days for 4-5 people.

There are 2 gas cylinders in each camper, 11 kg each. This amount should last for about 5 days in winter and up to 21 days in the summer.

Yes, each camper has a Truma gas heating system. This ensures that, regardless of the weather conditions, the camper should maintain optimal temperature.

Yes, each camper has a luggage compartment that will allow you to take up to 4 bicycles with you.

In the event of an accident, inform the police, which will provide assistance. You must also inform us about the situation immediately and follow the instructions received on the date of the camper collection.

The camper must be returned in the same condition it was when it was collected.

The deposit is PLN 5000 and is reimbursed within seven days when there is no damage or up to 30 days when the vehicle was damaged.
